Side Project News
Well its been pretty quiet on the news front here at Triverse Designs, busy beavers we are. Alas, still not news to post except for one little piece of information in regards to our side project, Surfers Diary.
Surfers Diary is a blogging system, similar to blogger.com, but focused on the surfing fraternity only. We are looking to offer a lot of features which includes a full WordPress blog for every user that signs up, or just a subscriber account if they choose not to have a blog.
We are basing the system off WordPress MU, which stands for, as you probably guessed, WordPress Multi User.
Features included in the WordPress MU system are:
- Everything WordPress does.
- Scaling to tens of millions of pageviews per day.
- Unlimited users and blogs.
- Different permissions on different blogs.
- And more…
WordPress MU is another great product of WordPress and is very powerful. With the addition of BuddyPress, all your social networking needs are met.

We hope to be launching our little side project in the coming weeks with a tentative launch date of October 1st 2009.
