What Type of Domain Names Are There?
There are many different domain name extensions. Here is a list of some of the common extension:

The most common are .com and .com.au (for Australian businesses). What is the difference you ask?
A .com.au defines a registered Australian business. You will require a current ABN to be eligible for a .com.au domain name.

Hosting Accounts
A Hosting Account is where your website is stored. Choosing the right Hosting Account can be a hard decision as your website may have certain requirements of your Hosting Account. We suggest consulting your web designer prior to purchasing a Hosting Account.
Hosting can be as cheap as $5 per month, but these types of hosting accounts can be cheap and not as reliable. On average for a decent hosting account you will be looking to pay approximately $15+ a month.
